REUNION
THIRD REUNION
As per scheduled, the 3rd Hamzah Fivers 68 Reunion was held
on 21 March 2012 at Sweet Beach Resort, Tok Bali, Kelantan. It was a very
enjoyable and memorable event (ie as sweet as the name of the resort, ha…ha).
The guests of honor were Ustazah Zainab Ismail, Yg Bhg Dato’ Ismail Mamat and
wife. Twenty-two (22) Hamzah Fivers attended the 44 years- Reunion. They were
Dato’ Wan Seman Wan Ahmad, Dato’ Ambassador Muhamad Noor Yacob, Dato’ Abd
Rashid Mat Adam, Sansider Mohamad, Siti Hamzah, Aizan Omar, Hasnah Ismail,
Hasnah Arshad, Zainal Abidin Nordin, Siti Assah Wan Daud, Mariamah Mohamed,
Johari Abd Rahman, A Shukor Ismail,
Abdul Mulok Mohamad, Mohamad Afandi Hamad
(Abe), Mohd Nuri Mohd Nasir, Wan Hussin Wan Hamat, Safiah Hamzah, Wan Ibrahim
Wan Min, Wan Jaafar Wan Ibrahim, Abdullah Tahir Othman and Jusoh (Yusoff)
Mamat. Also present at the Reunion was Abe Mahmud Mamat, our senior i.e Class
of ’65 (?).
Thank you so much to the ‘committee members’ – Aizan Omar, Mariamah
Mohamed, Sansider Muhamad and A Shukor Ismail; who helped make the Reunion such
a successful one.
Majlis makan malam telah diadakan
pada jam 8:30 iaitu selepas sembahyang maghrib berjemaah dan tahlil. Semasa
menjamu selera, hadiran/hadirin dihiburkan
dengan dikir barat oleh Kumpulan Dikir Layang Puteh Machang. Tersangat istemewa
persembahan dikir di malam itu sehingga menimbulkan nostalgia di hati setiap
pendengar…..
